Why can’t a FA get a simple task done promptly? If can’t manage admin work, hire a PA.

Seems like you are really annoyed with your FA. Haha! Anyway, we should understand that Life happens! So if this experience with your FA is a one off thing then I would rather give him/her the benefit of doubt and assume that something came up that’s probably more urgent than my documents. It could be personal or professional.

However, if this is a recurring thing, then it’s best to bring it to your FA’s attention. After all everyone deserves a second chance. It will be good to explain them the problems that you are having and give them a chance to be better.

if the behaviour continues even after this, then you should change your FA. FA is supposed to make your life convenient and easy. If that’s not the case, then switch!
