Why are Tesla's stock prices not rising much even though they just got added to the S&P500?

Tesla is finally joining the S&P 500. On a side note, yes a well deserved win for Tesla to finally be added into the S&P 500!

Seems like a huge move to me. It's a 13% increase from share prices of $408 to $460 at the moment.
