Why are crypto.com prices higher for BTC and ETH than - Huobi/Binance/CoinHako

I noticed while BUYING the BTC price was easily 400-500 dollars higher on crypto.com than the others such as Binance or Huobi; and while selling same amount lower. Roughly translating to 0.8 to 1% loss in a transaction compared to the others. Am I missing something here?
