Which SSB would you redeem: SBAPR23 [1] vs SBMAY23 [2]; and why the choice? Average return over 10 years: 3.15% [1] vs 3.07% [2]

SBAPR23:

Yr 1 to Yr 6 - 3.01%; Yr 7 - 3.18%; Yr 8 - 3.38%; Yr 9 - 3.52%; Yr 10 - 3.53%.

SBMAY23:

Yr 1 to Yr 7 - 3.03%; Yr 8 - 3.16%; Yr 9 - 3.21%; Yr 10 - 3.21%.

Keep both unless you need to use the money soon. redeem the lower interest of course, sbmay23. If the amount is small, the 0.02% is not a lot of difference.

I will keep both. If really to redeem, will go for SBMay23 which has lower rate from yr 7 onwards.

Personally would redeem May 23 SSB since it has a lower 10Y return....
