Iām thinking of DCA ~ $$400 monthly to either one.
Should I consider to increase the amount? If yes, please provide a recommended amount. Here are some cost that I understand will need to take into consideration a Withholding tax of 30 percent, dividend fee of min USD 2.50 and USD 1 processing fee. Please advice if there are any additional cost for RSP using FSMOne platform to take note apart from those mentioned.

Hi, both are a superior choice, you could even do a mix, and yes with more incoming money from your professional activity you should always try to invest as early and as much as you can regularly.
However with a very cheap Singapore online broker you could self manage without a formal investing plan by an intermediary company. It would also sufffice to only reinvest quarterly to reduce relative buying costs.
When you look for a Singapore online broker that allows trading on the London or Germany stock exchanges
instead of VT you could choice IWDA and instead of VOO you could choice CSPX, because Ireland domiciled ETFs would give you relevant reduction of dividend withholding taxes and raise your performance if trading fees are comparable.
some ideas what to avoid here:

In my opinion you should look in depth what is the portfolio of the fund manager.
Every ETF has a set of portfolio of what bunch of companies the fund manager owns.
OF course people would go for the popular fund managers like vanguard / blacrock etc.
But expect average returns from it.
