Which SG REITS do you recommend?

I'm not an expert on REITs by any means, so take my opinions with a pinch of salt. In any case, here are my thoughts:

I do think that Ascott is at an attractive price now. Personally, I bought into Ascott before the Covid-19 situation escalated (at ~1.3/unit). While I still believe that Ascott is a good REIT to own, I'm not sure how much longer it will be before its price recovers, due to the large amount of uncertainty surrounding international travel. But if you're looking to buy in and hold for the long term, I'd think the price is good.

Other REITs that I think are also worth looking at now are MCT and CICT. They have only recovered slightly since the March crash last year and I think they are trading at very fair prices now. Both of these REITs have very exciting developments coming in the near future and I believe that their prices will continue to go up in the future.

But of course, do your own due diligence before making any purchases.
