I can't speak for SG REITs as I'm not as knowledgeable, but just a disclaimer if you are looking to DCA into ETFs. Equity markets are significantly down year-to-date (YTD, i.e. from 1 Jan 2022 to today), and with clear signs of a recession (as seen in the futures market), it is likely that your $1000 will be in the red for some time. DCA is often a cited strategy that matches the assumption that markets recover and grow in the long run, so do keep that in mind and not let your emotions affect your financial decisions. :)
