Which Robo offers the best passive income portfolio which will offer some capital appreciation? I’ve had Syfe REIT for over a year now and it’s only spent 3 weeks in the green. Any alternatives?

Has anyone used Endowus passive income portfolios and able to suggest them?

I have been investing in REITs since 2015, there are ups and downs but it is on uptrend on long term basis. However, Covid 19 has distorted its uptrends and my REIT portfolio fell into red during initial Covid lockdown period. Eventually, its uptrend resume and it is now is in green. Now, borders reopening is happening everywhere, surely some of the under-performed Retail and Hospitalility REITs will slowly come back up. Do not give up so easily, I believe REITs are heading up in the long run.

Only idiot believe easy money drop from the sky.

If you want greater than 2% return, then NONE. Market bonds by nature is volatile in nature. If you are ok digesting big reds and taking credit risks (note, most passive robo income products have huge china corporate bonds exposure) then check Endowus. Their fees are .05% and offer range of products.
