IBKR prob the best deal in town as how they allow for SGD deposits with reasonable conversions rates and no fee withdrawal. They recently removed their management fees for small portfolios (below 100k)
Another alternative if you’re looking to invest below 10k. Is kristal.ai. No fees for below 10k profolios but the range of offerings are limited.

Hi, it depends on what kinds of ETFs you intend to buy, for US listed ETFs, I believe TD ameritrade has 0 commisions. But tiger and moomoo are cheap as well as they charge $2 per trade.
For irish domiciled ETFs, IBKR has the cheapest fees since they've removed inactivity fees.
As for those listed on SG and HK, I believe moomoo and tiger provide the most competitive fees.
Personally, I'll choose brokers that do not charge inactivity/maintainence/custodian fees. This is because I intend to hold for the long term. Thus these fees will very quickly add up. Hope this helps!
