I would personally recommend kristal.ai, which is a commission-free roboadvisor that also allows you to choose specific ETFs to buy for your portfolio.

Using Kristal, you can buy bond ETFs for overseas market (UK, USA, Japan, China, etc).

Other than Kristal, you may also want to use internationally based brokers such as Interactive Brokers or TD Ameritrade to buy assets overseas as they charge a much lower commission.
