Which is the best Syfe account to start with?

Which Syfe portfolio to invest in depends on your own investment goals, risk appetite and time horizon! For example, I think REIT+ suits me because I'm looking for passive income.

There’s no “best” account. More about what sectors or investment exposure you are looking for.

• SREITs, basket of Singapore based property REITs portfolio. This is good if you’re bullish on Singapore property space or just want a simple dividend portfolio.

• Core portfolios, mix of bond and equities that are managed by Syfe

Personally I chose SREITs since I lacked exposure in Singapore markets and REITs thou the performance is slow but steady growth.

Their core portfolio performance is quite decent compared to their competitors. And it can be customised to your risk tolerance for a good mix of bonds or all equities.
