Which is a better retail reit? Frasers Centrepoint Trust or CapitaLand Mall Trust?

Please share your evaluation criteria, and related materials which can help me to decide which REIT to purchase.

IMO, even though FCT seems to be having a lesser gearing ratio, I dislike the lack of diversification where there are only 6 malls, and only a few of these malls are performing well.
