It depends what you mean by "most worth it"

If you're talking about rebates (in the form of points), here's the range for each chain (value of points based on The Points Guy's valuations). There's a range because base members earn fewer points than elite members.

  • Marriott Bonvoy: 7.6-13.3%
  • Hilton: 5-10%
  • World of Hyatt: 8.5-11%
  • IHG: 5-10%
  • Accor: 5-8.8%
  • Radisson: 8-14%

In addition to the regular points, you'll want to consider quarterly points promos. Marriott's are relatively lacklustre, and Hilton has stepped up recently with better offers. If you're talking about elite recognition, World of Hyatt probably has the strongest offering right now. SPG's elite benefits have been diluted by the Marriott merger, and Hilton's top tier of Diamond does not offer much incremental benefits over Gold status. I personally would pick either Hilton or Marriott, although what you pick depends on where you see yourself traveling and what kind of hotel you usually stay in (full service/serviced apartments/budget etc).

P.S: Don't bother with Accor's loyalty program until we see what big revamp they have planned with Accor Live Limitless' launch at the end of this year. The current one is a trainwreck.

Hilton Honors. Not familiar with the rest. But so far I'm pretty comfortable with the room and services provided. Points are relatively reasonable too. I use it alongside with KFA card.

Here is everything about me and what I do best.
