HDB just launched 3,740 BTO flats in 4 estates today
The 4 estates are:
• Kallang/Whampoa
• Bukit Batok
• Toa Payoh
• Tengah
I think most people would go for Kallang/Whampoa followed by Toa Payoh because of the relatively central location, but I'm sure they'll be more expensive as well... Any thoughts?

The BTO prices keep climbing with each launch. 5-room in Bidadari going for 600k ++
I don't think any of the launches are really value-for-money anymore...

The mature BTOs in this Feb 2021 are really good picks.
No surprises that they will definitely be oversubscribed as the demand outpaces supply

Personally i feel that, Kallang Whampoa McNair heights will face the toughest competition and most oversubscribed based on historical trend. It has low supply as well.
Bidadari will gice you a better chance if you don't mind the location being a past cemetery site.
