Context: I'm a fresh graduate and I do not expect myself to spend much with the credit card. I am looking for a card with the most rebates and least annual fees to pay. Does POSB Everyday Card seem like a wise choice?

You can use your everyday card for your utilities and starhub bills for 1% cashback and qualify for the credit card spend in multiplier.
If you are spending about $600/mth, you can consider DBS Livefresh Card for 5% rebate for online and paywave transactions. Im personally using this now and I find that its more relevant cus you can use paywave almost everywhere now.

POSB Everyday Card is good for cashback at certain merchants (e.g Watsons, Sheng siong etc)and no min spend is required for the cashback. Do read up on the terms and conditions on the exclusions for cashback.
You don’t really need to be very concerned about annual fees. Can just call the bank or go through their procedures (https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/support/digital... ) to waive off the fees. I think for DBS, it’s fairly easy to get your annual fees waived off.
