Usually insurance premiums are under the "exclusions list" from miles/cashback cards. You can try using the UOB AMEX Absolute Card that offers 1.7% on all spend, no exclusion. However, not all insurance companies accept AMEX due to higher fees. If they don't accept, you can use this card to top up Grab Wallet then use your Grab Wallet to pay. At least you got the 1.7% cashback from topping up Grab Wallet
