I would look for resales condos rather than new condos. For resales condos, I could negotiate the price with the seller and there is a chance of buying at a good price. But for new condos, there is hardly any room for negotiation and you often paying high prices for the projects. Which condo is good for investment really depends whether you are looking for resales or new condos.
