Which broker has the lowest fees if I am looking to do a lump sum investment ($10k~) and then hold?

Typically looking at ETFs such as VUSD/IWDA/CSPX. I have heard recommendations about Saxo and TD Ameritrade, but I'm not sure which of these brokers will suit my needs better. Also, how do these ETFs compare with S27? Thank you in advance!

Hi Anonymous, I would have recommended Interactive Brokers due to their low fees (~US$1 per trade) as well as spot FX rates. However, they do charge US$10 per month if your account holdings is lower than US$100k. Hence if you are looking to do a lump sum every month, this may work for you. Otherwise, you may look to Saxo and TD Ameritrade.

As for the ETFs comparison, Kenneth did up a pretty good response here: https://seedly.sg/questions/what-is-the-differe...

Hope this helps!

TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab U.S. branches have 0.00 USD.

Nowadays the commissions with the relevant online brokers are so relatively low that (almost) they are no longer a consideration from a practical view (exception: very low investment sums)
