Which bank gives better rates for covering SGD to USD for US stock investments? Am considering DBS multi currency account and SC bonussave?

For DBS, no fall below fees if below 29 years old ( I'm 25), while SC require 3k SGD in account else would need to pay $5 fall below fee per month. Is SC account worth the trouble?

Normally u can convert in your brokerage account. No need to change with bank.
