Buying from carousell/shopee would be the cheapest. but you will need to have a Precious Metal Verifier to test the gold authenticity.

There is a new platform that got launched in SG called Everest Gold. I have been with them since they opened in July. It is all done via an app(Like Singlife's platform) and is very easy to use. THeir verification is very fast too.

Everest Gold can buy in super small quantities and the fees are damn low too. Like from 0.01g onwards.
