My dad doesn't want to accept the pocket money that I want to give him since I started working. For my mum, she got me to put in her CPF account to earn interest and for me to save on tax. My dad didn't want me to do it either.
I'm looking for a higher yield savings account / risk free account that I can park the money in, so that in the future, if he needs the money, he can just take the money wholesale immediately. Any advice, pls?
Am looking at cash management accounts but it seems like there are some costs involved, and it's either low risk but low returns, or high risks with high returns but a possibility of losing money as well. So I'm not sure if I want to venture into cash management accounts.

You cant have your cake and eat it.
Since, you first priority is liquidity, then go for Singapore Savings Bond, if you are willing to take some risk for slightly better returns, then just go for the local banks / or steady stocks like vicom / sheng shiong etc
