Where is the best place to stash $300k savings?

Should one save 300k of savings in BOC Bonus saver account or in a priority banking account? Which priority banks offer good interest rates and benefits?

I am with Standard Chartered priority banking, but I think most of the perks come from the investing side, so not really useful if you don't want to invest.
