Where is a good place to park my monthly accumulated cash which I am planning to use as downpayment for HDB in 3 years time?

My aim is to ensure as I continue to accumulate these funds in the next 3 years, it remains liquid, safe and still allows some form of interest earnings.

Cash management accounts under roboadvisors probably. It won't be much (1.2-2.0%) but it keeps your capital largely safe and generates a bit more on it.
