Where can you easily obtain the financial information for a company?

Hello, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Is there anywhere we can look up on these information easily? (such as property yield, gearing ratio) or do we have to dig deep into the financial statement or website from their company?

This website provides very basic information, amongst which, what you asked for is there.

However, if you are looking at more details, it is better to visit the REIT's website and get the annual report.

If you need financial data for REITs, you can find them on fifth person website.
