Where can I repair my laptop during COVID-19? Or recommendations for new laptop / tablets?

Hope this is OK to be posted.

Amidst this circuit breaker, understand there are a lot of businesses not operating. The on/off button on my ASUS laptop is cranky, maybe need to press 1000 times before it switches on. So I'm looking for a repair for it.

Alternatively, this laptop has been about 6 years old. So may also wanna change it - any recommendations for a reasonably priced and versatile model? Preferably light too to easier to bring around.
