Where can I get quotations for Integrated Shield Plan and Rider for my mother?

What is the best method to find an independent financial advisor who deals with most (if not all?) insurers for a non-obligatory discussion?

Usually for seniors, however, I'd tend to recommend NTUC Income Shield or Raffles Shield due to premiums and underwriting. :)
