Whenever I am in Taiwan, I would go to Tomod to buy their local skincare.

Likewise when in Japan, then the prices for their local brands would be cheaper (much cheaper than what we get at Watsons even with discounts).
Same, when in Paris, I recall lugging back bottles and bottles of micellar water as it was super cheap!
