When to call for a fee waiver?
I currently hold a Citi Rewards card, and the previous (first-year waiver) was not automatic, and I had to call in after I checked my statement. If I want to waive the second-year fees (I will cancel if I don't get it), can I call before the 2 year mark for a waiver?

Usually ill use their auto system to waive off when i get the "fee" in the acct. so far they have been waiving off and i dont really use this card.
