When talking about robo-advisors, what can we actually invest in? What will the money we invest be invested in?

All robo advisors will construct a portfolio of unit trusts (e.g. Endowus, MoneyOwl) or ETFs (e.g. Syfe, StashAway) or even shares (e.g. Syfe REIT+) for you based on your risk profile. Some robo advisors let you choose what you want to invest in your customized portfolio (e.g Endowus Fund Smart). Whether it is advised or customized portfolio, they will manage the investment for you (e.g. risk management, auto-rebalancing, dividend reinvestment, etc.).

For 10 years investment in Robo-advisor is it advisable as long time investment? Thank you.
