Robo-Advisors

I want to invest with Robo-advisors but I am concerned about the fees. Anyone investing with any Robo-advisors now? Are the fees reasonable?

What is the roboadvisor platform you are currently using and why do you think the fees are reasonable?

I am invested in three robos, which I shall not name, in case seedly decides to delete this post for some reason.

for similar exposure to equities, bonds and UTs, their fees (<1%) are very reasonable compared to traditional brokers and distributors (2-5%), which i shall also not name. Further, the robos fees are a based on your account value, which means they charge more if they managed to grow your account, ie alignment of interests.

I also get fairly prompt replies when asking their customer service questions, something which will never happen if I pose questions to traditional distributors. Traditional distributors can make you wait for weeks and months without real solutions.

Of course you can argue that probably robos are more on the ball since they just started and want more customer base. Well, it is a free market. if that happens, I can always change to another robo provider.
