Whats the point of subscribing to FCT preferential shares at $2.34 if it is going to crash to $2.10? Whats wrong? I should have just bought it at market? Zzz?

There's a difference between preferred shares and common stocks. Preferred shares get priority in dividends. Returns more often lesser for preferred shares since it ranks higher on the debt seniority level.
