Hello, received a stack of documents on FCT preferential shares. I was wondering if there are any differences compared to normal shares??

In terms of whether it gets deposited into CDP, if there is no commission in purchasing the preferential shares, if there is a different method of selling, etc. Thanks!

The only special thing is that they are offered to existing shareholders to purchase at a discount.

Other than that, they are just normal shares. It is one of the ways that REITs raise money from shareholders.
