It depends what you prioritise.

If you're into miles, then the best option is amaze card + Citi Rewards/UOB Lady's. You can earn 4 mpd + 0.5% cashback (InstaPoints) on your transactions. But the cost is that the exchange rate used is worse than mid-market rate by 2-3%.

If you don't care for miles and just want to minimise total cost, the best is to use amaze card linked to amaze wallet. Their FX rate is competitive (similar to YouTrip/Revolut), but you still earn 0.5% cashback (InstaPoints). The amaze card is the only multi currency debit card that offers spending rewards. The Trust card is the next best option because it offers competitive FX rate (similar to YouTrip/Revolut), no FX fees, but is a credit card. You get to delay your payments and if you experience card theft, you won't be losing any money.
