Needs - bed, sofa, washing machine, basic set of pot and pan, rice cooker, fridge, aircon, fan, TV, tables and chairs, iron, basic vacuum cleaner

Wants - oven, microwave, toaster, smoothie maker, nespresso machine, soda stream, Dyson appliances, kitchenaid, bread maker, juicer

However, it always comes back to utility. If you juice everyday, a juicer is a need (sorta), although one could argue making juice out of fruit is a want in the first place.

If there's budget constraints, I would classify needs as mattress, wardrobe, fridge, washing machine...
