What would happen to my account's net quantity if I sell my shares on DBS Vickers?

I have a quick question on my account's net quantity which shows negative 200 shares (i.e. 200 in parentheses) after a sale of 200 shares. I am guessing that this is the case because the shares are from my CDP account? Would anyone be kind enough to verify?

Hi there. When you execute a sell order successfully on DBS Vickers, the stock brokerage does not actually have the 200 shares on hand. However, it has locked in the quantity and selling price for your sell order. You now have an obligation to fork out 200 shares which DBS Vickers will do automatically for you via your linked CDP account. It will request for the 200 shares from your CDP account and if I recall correctly, it takes about T+2 or 3 working days.
