There are currently 3 cards which gives the best MPD (4 mpd) for online shopping.
1) Citi Rewards Card
2) DBS World Women Card (Not the women card (turquoise) hor. that one only 2mpd)
3) OCBC Titanium Rewards card
OCBC one.. have to check if they accept redmart cause they might classify it under groceries, which means no 4mpd.
Otherwise, for the other 2, use them for online shopping.

Hi! There are 3 "miles" earning cards worth considering.
Several people have already mentioned Citi Rewards Card and OCBC Titanium Card. Both offer 4 miles per S$1 for online spend, but there are two key differences:
Citi Rewards is more flexible (includes online food & grocery delivery, for example), while OCBC Titanium is restricted primarily to retail (fashion, electronics, select retail vendors)
Citi Rewards has a S$192.6 fee, waived just 1 year; OCBC Titanium's S$192.6 fee is waived 2 years, then subsequently with S$10k annual spend (so it's much lower maintenance)
However, as I mentioned, there actually are 3 cards worth considering, the 3rd being KrisFlyer UOB. Why?
Cardholders can earn up to 3 miles per S$1 on online fashion retail, with S$500 spend with SIA within a year (reasonable if you make 2-3 regional trips/year)
Rewards are uncapped, unlike with Citi Rewards or OCBC Titanium (both of which have low 4k mile/month caps)
Rewards are earned directly in KrisFlyer (rather than points) so you don't need to worry about complicated conversions, transfer fees, or extended processing times
It's also worth mentioning that KrisFlyer UOB offers up to 3 miles/month on global dining, transport, online travel bookings and spend with SIA as well, so it's a pretty good all-around card you can use in daily life
As you can see, all 3 cards are competitive but are better fit to different kinds of shoppers. In case you're curious, here are some reviews with greater detail below:

Hopefully this helps!
