Buy Tbill / put some into FD - almost risk free, but will have to monitor when to rollover. You can also consider buying a property provided you could get a mortgage at an attractive rate.

Congratulations on getting the Home Loan done (i assume that is fully paid in this context).
For the SA account, can use as premium savings account and prepare for retirement (RA) in a way.
As for the OA account, you can keep the min sum of $20,000 for the enhanced interest sum of 3.5% pa first.
Then buy in either Singapore Savings Bond (SSB) or Singapore Government Securities (SGS) Treasury Bills (also known as T-bills) at a fixed sum each time. T-bills tend to have higher interest rates (last 6-month one at 3.87% pa for 12/10/23 batch).
Can refer to the following articles for more information on Singapore Savings Bond (SSB) or Singapore Government Securities (SGS) Treasury Bills, as well as CPF interest rates.
