You should leave asap and ask for 20 percent increment at least. Sounds like you are aware at work and take pride in it. If you are not able to find a better role even when your pay grade is far from being high, then it speaks volumes about the job market and whether do we need that many outside talents for lower pay grades (under 7-8k)
