What stocks and/or REITs are in your dividend portfolio and why? Which platforms do you use to buy these stocks/REITs?
I would like to start investing for dividends. What are some of the stocks and/or REITs which you have, and what is the reason for investing in them? Also, what are the platforms you have used to purchase these stocks/REITs?

To add on about the stocks YJ have mentioned,
You may also want to consider Singapore Banks (DBS, UOB, OCBC) as they been very resilient throughout the years and have been giving consistent dividends to shareholders
One platform that I like using is: IBKR
U can consider: Tiger, Moomoo, Fsmone or even Webull as well as the interface is relatively simpler
