Which platform should i use to buy dividend stocks in singapore?

In my opinion the first question should be which stock market imposes MOST tax on dividends (ehem US) so i think the first question should be that first then decide on a broker.

As for brokerage platform, im most comfortable with saxo capital markets! but i recently just swapped over to TD ameritrade as they offer zero commission for US stocks.

It depends on individuals!
