What should I do with my Singtel Stocks which I bought at around 2.81? It seems like it will not rise any higher than this? Should I keep holding it and earn dividends to reduce loss?

Sometime, 长痛不如短痛, If u think this stock will never recover. Never catch a falling knife again.
