What should I do if I can't login to Seedly app after updates?

I have got an account on the seedly app for my track expenses using my email address but after updating the app, I am unable to login again. It quote that I have already had an account with my email address.

Should I use another email address to login. I think it's quite a hassle to open another email account just for this.
