A handful of our users have written in with the same synchronisation with UOB. We have informed our third-party aggregator, Salt Edge (feel free to read more about this here: https://seedly.sg/faq) on this issue.

Salt Edge just reverted back to us, and has applied a fix on their end. Could you try to refresh the connections in order to see if the change works as intended?

Will the Seedly app duplicates transactions in my main salary account into my spending account or wealth account and clutter up the charts and statistics?

Is there no way to update the account credentials without losing previous transactions in Seedly? Or can we export the previous transactions out and reimport again?

Is there a way to update POSB bank transactions extracted into the seedly app rather than to enter one transaction at a time?

I cannot link bank account. I am trying to link my UOB account and had followed the instructions provided in seedly. I am using sms OPT with UOB to login to my UOB account. Can anyone help?
