Location wise, The Interlace is good if you drive (otherwise you've got to be happy to use the shuttle to HarbourFront a lot).

Prices have been a little stagnant in the immediate area though; for your intended unit, check on the transacted prices for the nearby units; in the same stack, neighbours, etc. Don't be the one who pays the highest purchasing price out of the transaction history.

In terms of rental, wew see 282 whole units rented out in 2019, which is about 27 per cent of the 1,040 units; that's a pretty healthy sign overall. The bulk is likely drawn from people working in Mapletree Business City, so it's your office-worker demographic.
