Depends on your travelling needs. For examle, because I use rental car often, NTUC income is quite value for money. Insurers such as FWD and AXA while are cheaper, they only give rental car in their most expensive package which then makes NTUC income worth it

Personally, I find most travel insurances offerings are similar and covers my needs for short trips ...
