For the NTUC Plus! Visa credit card, you have to be an NTUC Union member to qualify for it. Also, the rates are different for them. For the NTUC Plus!, you have to spend a minimum of $400 anywhere outside of fairprice to get 12% off instore purchases at fairprice, unity and warehouse stores and up to 8% off on monthly purchases on fairprice online while the OCBC Plus! visa credit card, you will need to spend $500 outside of fairprice to enjoy up to 7% off in store purchases and up to 3% off fairprice online purchases.
Of course the main difference would be that being a NTUC Union member, your discount rates are much higher so if you are planning to get the Plus! card, maybe you should sign up to be a NTUC Union member first.
