What’s the best priority banking?

I'd say they all fairly much the same so unless you have a strong preference on the bank I would just pick the one with the most convenient office near your home/work.

After you have an RM follow you for a while (or a few, given the turnover in this space), you can get used to different styles and possibly follow him/her around when they (invariably) defect to another bank.
