What's the average pay raise when changing jobs in the same field?

When planning to change jobs in the same field, how much should one expect to negotiate for their new pay? Some website states up to 15% but what would be realistic and what are other variables that should be considered? (Eg. Perks, insurance etc..)

I would say 10-20% on basic salary is reasonable, not including bonuses. Also depends on how often you jump. If you jump every year, then either you are those top performer and can command 10-20% each jump or you have to settle for a lower ask.
