What property options are there for a single taking home 8k mthly? BTO is out with the income cap, only option seems saving ALOT for a larger dwn pmt for a small condo unit or Resale, is that right?

Thinking out of box. The period for assessing your income is the 12 months leading up to a date that is two months prior to the month you apply for your HFE letter.

If you can afford to do a no pay leave, to fit the income cap.
