What no contract telcos offer free transfer of ownership?

My dad is currently using a Giga plan under my name and thanks to their constant lack of customer support, we are looking to change to another telco. However he prefers to have the line under his name. Are there any telcos offering port ins and allowing the number to be under my dad's name?

Hello @ basketball superstars , you can try Metro by T-Mobile. It typically allows for ownership transfer and porting numbers, especially under no-contract plans.
